[SOLVED] Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2 Detected but not working

Just got this keyboard a day ago. It was working fine yesterday, no problems. However, after leaving it over night, plugged into my laptop, which was charging, the keyboard stopped working properly in the morning. It still lights up, and is recognized by the laptop and synapse. However, the buttons are unresponsive and the profiles cannot be changed. I have reinstalled and updated drivers, reinstalled Synapse, and tried with another computer. The problem seems to lie within the keyboard. Any ideas what the problem might be?

If the keyboard doesn't operate on a donor system or even a donor laptop then the issue is with the keyboard itself. you should RMA the unit.
