I know that stealth has less activation force, but id like to know if it is any better for gaming, and i've been using mild clicky keys on another keyboard for some time, not too hard to press, but you can definitely feel it. Will the blackwidow stealth feel like a membrane keyboard? any help would be great cheers.

why are you considering Razer over Logitech/Corsair? These use Cherry switches, that puts them aside about quality (you can divide mechanical kbs into those using cherries and those using other switches)

see for example this thread http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/200799-corsair-k70-mx-browns-or-logitech-g710-or-razer-blackwidow-ultimate-2014-stealth-edition/

or here: http://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicalKeyboards/comments/2776za/help_logitech_g710_or_corsair_k70/

of course if your main concern is looks or price, than things can turn

Das Keyboard are top quality too http://www.daskeyboard.com/products/index.php?filter=.keyboard

I'd still probably stay with Razer, while there is controversy over its quality, the g710 is £150 over here which is ridiculous and the k70 doesn't even have macros, not from what i can see anyway.

Chroma is also another £50 or so for some different lighting, and right now I don't have money to burn really.

I see on Amazon.co.uk G710 is at 100 punds like the Razer... you don't need to provide me justification for what you want to do :)
just it's easy to google and read expert opinions on expert forums..
one person can lie or just be incompetent, as it is happening here, but many on many forums can't.

sure no macros is a huge flaw (about the K70)

good luck and enjoy whichever you choose :)!

Would the ultimate stealth help me in gaming? I've been using a keyboard with clicky keys, so would I be able to get used to it? People have commented how loud my keyboard is, so I might try out ultimate stealth.
