Question Razer Blade 15 Base Model 2019

So I am looking for a gaming laptop for some lite gaming and found the Razer Blade 15 on amazon(https://www.amazon.co.uk/Razer-Blad...words=razer+laptop&qid=1599504329&sr=8-3&th=1), so I was looking at reviews and people were talking about blue screens and razer support being terrible, I was wondering if anyone knows if this issue still happens? I'd steer away from them then. For that sort of money, you'll get a big choice.
It has RTX2070, 16gb ram and i79850H and a 15inch screen.
