Razer Blade 2013 Charging issues

I recently had been getting charging issues with my razer blade and even when plugged in it said "Plugged in, Not charging 0%" and would die immdiently as it was unplugged. I played for a while like this then it would randomly shut off. After one of these random shut offs it just never turned back on and won't since then.

Either the battery is bad or the power circuit has failed. First step would be to disconnect the main battery and see if the system will turn on again. If it does then you need to replace the battery, if it still doesn't work you'd need to replace the motherboard. Here's a teardown guide.
