Razer copperhead mouse scroll potentiometer recognition

Recently Scrolling in my Razer copperhead mouse started to forge.
When i scroll down page goes up, sometimes scrolling missed.
It looks like potentiometer problem
I disassembled the mouse and took a few pictures of it (see below link).

Please advise when i can find this potentiometer available for replacement.

If this is not the right place to ask, please advise where i can get assistance.

Well, if my memory serves me correctly, thats a damn old mouse. I'm not sure what kind of a potentiometer that is, but if you look up the specs on your copperhead and find out which one it is you might be able to find one. I don't know of too many places where you can find a replacement potentiometer, as they aren't commonly replaced. Sorry I can't really help you, but you might be out of luck unless you can find someone who really knows their stuff and can fix or replace it for you

Hi, it seems like a standard POT.
I can replace by miself i just look to find correct one.
Which spec you are talking about i can find the POT i need ?

somebody advised that it is optical encoder

can somebody assit to recognize the one i need ?
