Question Razer Cortex game tracking issues ?

My hours on all of my games were reset to zero around January and Razer Cortex only tracks my games around 5% of the time when I play them. Is there any way to get my hours back or fix Razer Cortex only tracking my games a small percentage of the time? Thank you.

I don't know why you have to send it through an affiliate link but when I clicked on it said this:

Link doesn't work for me either. Same error:
