[SOLVED] Razer electra v2 usb problem

So my razer headset sound just disapired, that was happening all the time but when i replug it it startēs to work but some days ago sound disapired again and now razer synapse doenst see headset, theres no sound, mic doenst works and Windows volume trigger jumps from 0 to 100, help me please i worked 1 and a half month to buy them

Sorry I am blind didn't see it my bad, so on the Razer Electra Web, they say you get 3.5mm splitter cable, now did you try using this splitter cable and connecting the headset through the 3,5mm jacks on the back or front of your case? Using the Green one for audio and Red/Pink one for Mic?
