Razer firefly (mousepad) led's problem

Hello everyone...
I just bought a razer firefly rgb mousepad and after 1 hour he was connected and working he started having big problems whit the leds.
What appens:
The lights shut down every time and maybe last 1-2 minutes
They feel like broken but sometimes ( for 1 -2 mins) they work perfect.
I got razer synapse and the firefly. Is always connected to it.
How i installed:
I bought new razer peoducts , keyboard headset and the pad and installed them in the order i writed here .
After the keyboard was installed i installed the razer synaps than others devices.
What i tryed to do:
Reinstall the synapse whit different version
Reinstall the firefly drivers
Changed colors or mods whit synapse
Changed usb port for the pad
Changed antivirua
Checked firewall priorities
What i can say:
Im not sure but its a 75% a software problem but i have no clue of it
My pc:
Got a logitech g 502 as mouse
Windows 7 64xbit
I reconfigured windows 3 days ago so my pc is pretty clean (i hope so)
My hard disk is brand new ssd evo
Processor and motherboard may be pretty old
Pls help im the only one having this problem i searched on google for 3 hours and nothing found...

Never had a problem with mine, I would contact Razer support.

Im waiting an answer from support from yesterdey so i decided to move along for searching new imputs.
I feel worried that i cant find no 1 whit my problem in the whole internet ...
