Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma disconnects when i move the cord.

My headset is disconnecting when i move the cord, Although it stays connected but the headset stops working..

SPECS:
AMD FX 8370

AMD RADEON HD 6670

ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 Motherboard

1TB Seagate harddrive.

8 Gigs of ram.. Have no clue what brand..

600W Corsair PSU

First try the headset somewhere else and see if the problem follows the headset.

If the headset proves okay elsewhere try another headset on the computer. If that headset disconnects then the computer port may be the problem.

As another test, put the headset on and use as you normally do. While listening gently wiggle, twist, bend along the entire length of the cable cord.

Pay specially attention to the ends at the headset and plug. The idea is to discover if there is a break somewhere along the cable. For example, if you twist somewhere along the way and the sound returns that indicates a broken wire. Your twisting/moving temporarily restored connectivity.

The headset has faulty wiring sadly, Hopefully Best Buy can issue a replacement or refund, Thanks for the help!
