Razer Kraken 7.1 LED doesn't turn off

Hello, recently I got Razer Kraken 7.1 and I really like that headset. But I have one problem: when I try to turn off LEDs through Razer Synapse 2.0 for my headphones, they don't turn off. I restarted my PC, but they are stil lighting up. Anyone know, how I could turn them off?

P.S. I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro.

No, I haven't. I didn't like these headphones, so I changed these to Siberia V2. These ones are a lot better.

Okay, do you think the problem is in the software or in the headset itself? Because the problem started when I unplugged the headset while it was still working.

FIX FOR RAZER KRAKEN 7.1 LOGO ISSUE.
For those who can,t turn off the logo light or save their configuration in Synapse for Kraken 7.1

1. First of all make a new Razer Synapse 2.0 account from here : https://ec.razerzone.com/register

2. Open Synapse then press the down arrow which is on the top right corner and on right to your email id, then go to change user.

3. Enter your new Razer Synapse Account Details.

4. Login and test all the configuration/Settings of your kraken 7.1 everything will be fine now.. 😛

So I have everything working, exept the lighting feature.... It stays at the default mode. Any way to fix this? I think this is a software related issue because everything else works fine... But the razer kraken chroma 7.1 logo stay at the default mode when I change it... :c
