Razer Megalodon vs. Corsair Vengeance 1500 ???

I'm looking for a 7.1 surround headset that is comfortable and lightweight, I was originally considering the Logitech G35 but after reading reviews the Corsair Vengeance 1500 look like a far better buy in terms of quality and price, although they both weigh in around 0.7 lbs. The Razer Megalodon were given the honorable mention in toms review second to the CV 1500s however they weigh in at 0.5 lbs and have some solid reviews also.

Can someone who has owned either/both headsets help recommend one to me?

After trying both I decided to return the CV 1500s mainly because they are very cumbersome and uncomfortable to wear. Although the sound quality of the Corsairs was a little bit better (due to better drivers I suspect) the Razer Megalodon are far lighter and more comfortable not to mention they sound almost as good. In any event I would not recommend for anyone to pay more than $100 for the Razers because the audio quality is not what you would expect from a $150+ headset. Luckily I managed to pick up a used pair for $50 + $15 (for new leather ear cushions).
