Razer Naga 2012 ~HELP~

My Razer naga 2012 suddenly shut off along with all of my other devices plugged in(Keyboard,Headset). So i looked in further to this and when i unplugged my Naga everything was back on. But as soon as i plug it back in, everything was off including the Naga.I have tried the mouse on my brothers computer and the computer couldn't find the device.I cant update the firmware or update it ,because well i cant get it to connect. Any help is welcome, Thank you!

No, not really in general and it's not so much worth the time to fix a problem like that either

that is what i did,nut i dont have proof of purchase,could i possibly look on my credit card history and contact the reseller for a receipt?
