Razer Synapse Spamming Update

So i decided to plug in my razer naga on my windows 10 desktop pc. It downloaded synapse when i plugged it in. I login and it goes to updating from razer synapse then goes to the menu with all the options and settings then goes back to screen that says updating. It keeps on spamming it and half the time my mice is not usable. Its frustrating and someone told me to wait it out. Bit i have been for 35mins now. What do i do. End task and just not use synapse?

You can probably use it fine without synapse, just can't change speed or possibly colours. Its a nuisance having to login to use a mouse. I used to have a Razor mouse and swapped to a Steelseries - this mouse has drivers built in so i don't need any extra software to run it.
