razor phone screen replacement issues

I recently purchased the new razor gaming phone with the new 120 hertz display, well i believe i miss placed the box but i have the receipt of purchase , anyone know where i can get a screen replacement . i cant find it anywhere and razor needs my imei number and stuff i cant access cause my screen

Seems funny that they want your imei number when they aren't very likely to warranty the broken screen to begin with due to it being physical abuse rather then a manufacturing defect... but you may be able to get your imei number from your carrier.
