RCA monitor/tv stuck on Please Run Channel Auto Scan

So i recently accidently hit the change channel thing on the back of my RCA Monitor. Now i cant switch the input back to HDMI to play video games. Im stuck on this screen, I can go into the menu and everything, and even after i run the channel scan it still pops up afterwards. I believe the last time this happened using the remote made it an easy fix but i lost the remote and using the menu on the back doesnt seem to be working. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

i tried using the input button to switch back to HDMI already but it doesnt allow me to it automatically just stays on the Please Run Channel Auto Scan screen
