Question RDR2 refusing to work on my computer.

As the title states I have been trying for a month to run RDR2. The game crashes as soon as it opens but there's no logs in event viewer or reliability history pertaining to the game.
I have tried verifying files, reinstall, and following a 12 step program and calling an exorcist to get the game to work.

Someone please help me fix this issue.

Is the issue compounded to RDR2, or do you see the same issue with other titles? Where did you source the game's installer from?

Please pass on the specs to your build like so:

OS: Windows 11, (which version?)
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Its only with RDR2. If you google "RDR2 not working on windows 11" you'll get a better idea of the problem at hand.

I have a laptop so config is as follows.
ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX507ZI
CPU: i7 12700h
Ram: Unsure of brand, but it's 32gb 3200 mhz
SSD: Unsure of brand, but 2tb
GPU: RTX 4070 8GB 140watts
OS: Windows 11 23H2 (latest update)
Monitor: Samsung G5 27 inch curved 4k monitor

Fixed it. I rolled back to 531.79 Nvidia Driver and the game works fine now.
