Build Advice Re-build my extreme gaming-capable PC ?

I'm planning to re-build my gaming pc, got some sort of idea of how to go about it, but with everything I know and all the diagnosis I have done after this current gaming pc of mine started malfunctioning, It seems I do or would love to get some assistance of the Toms hardware Experts to get my rig up and gaming again.

You should be able to run at 2933Mhz if you get a kit from the motherboards QVL list

Thank you, Yes I'll go have another look at the manufactures' support page, It's a Gigabyte motherboard, they usually list all those info's on their webpages.

The QVL list states that if an i5 CPU is installed the RAM Mhz can only get compatible upto with 2666Mhz, 2933Mhz is only for i7 & i9's with this motherboard.

Oh that sucks, although 2666Mhz would be better than what you have.
