re-installing windows 8.1 OEM

Hi, so I installed windows 8.1 OEM on the wrong hard drive and I'm trying to get it on my SSD without using cloning software. Only issue is that I already activated it, was connected to wireless network, etc. etc.

Is it possible to for me to deactivate license, disconnect hard drive with windows on it, connect my SSD, and redo the windows install process from disk? thank you. I've got gotten conflicting responses when asking on pcpartpicker.com

You don't even need to deactivate the license. Just install it.
