Question read from the screen line by line during a presentation

I'm looking for something that can help me while presenting online to read from text for example
but I need it to show just line by line in a limited area while i can scroll or click to move between the lines (so it would look a bit natural).

If you're using PowerPoint or something similar, you might look into making a separate slide deck to work as a teleprompter. Also if you have dual screens, you can shove the presentation on one screen while keeping PowerPoint open on the other with the notes for that slide.

PowerPoint was my first thought as well. Can have multiple lines per slide and set them to show as you click. This is if you don't want 1 slide per line. Easy to do and will set up fast once you get into it.
