Hello

I'm working on a budget freenas build using raid5 and was thinking about buying 3 or 4 used 3TB drives i've found online.

But I'm unsure how to read CrystalDiskinfo and tell if a disk may be going bad..

Here is some screenshots the seller provides:

The only thing I notice, is the first drive have "A" in the read error rate raw value.

Can any tell me if they look good?

Thank you.

Solution
50,000 power-on hours is a lot -- That means those disks were powered on for almost 6 years. Disk failures go up significantly after 5 years of use. If your data is important, then I wouldn't buy them. If it is for an "experiment" and you don't care about losing the data then go for it.
