Reading snp files

Hello fotum members,
I have built a access 2003 database that send .snp files to users. I now have Windows 7 and Access 2010. I want to read the old .snp files, but I can read this files with Windows 7. Does someone know how I can read these old files.

There is a Microsoft bug that causes this to happen, and there is a fix, but I don't have the time to go into it right now. Lots of answers though if you just search the web.
