Real News on the Japanese Reactors would be nice

The Japanese are now learning the trouble of building nuclear reactors on or near fault lines, especially for a nation that is within the "Ring of Fire." I know that there options are minimal in regard of other options like coal, hydro power, etc..., but for any future plants built, there should be comprehensive geological studies conducted and design features that allow for the plants to take a major earthquake. I know the one in Fukushima was built to take a quake, but not a tsunami. Location, location, location...
 
Unfortunately, you have to sift out the good from the bad here, but some are decent, others....
