Realistic OC Frequency?

Using the following:

CPU: Intel i7-3770K
Mobo: ASUS Z77 Sabertooth
Cooling: Corsair H100i Liquid CPU Cooling

What is a realistic frequency? 4.5?

I was hoping to hit at least 4.8, preferably 5, is that possible with this rig?

Might get to 4.8 if you are lucky, I doubt you will hit 5.0

Beyond about 4.6-4.7Ghz it comes more down to your tolerance to temperature and the quality of your chip than the cooling system you have strapped to it.

i agree with the comments above. It depends on the quality of your pieces and a bit luck, if you get a more tolerable chip out of the box.

but, in real life i really dont think that there is much sensible difference between 4.5G and 5G, unless you are benchmark crazy person.
