I haven't had this issue until a few days ago, but my CPU has been reaching very high temps when stress testing on BASE CLOCK. I ran AIDA64 for 3 seconds and all of the cores reached temps around 90-100c. I do not know what to do that this point, I reinstalled my Nzxt Kraken 62x checking that the pump is working and it was and I also even reapplied the thermal paste. I also remounted the CPU and same temps

Specs:
CPU: i7-7700k
GPU: Gtx !080 ti
MBO: Msi z270 sli plus
RAM: 64gb 3000mhz
PSu: Seasonic PRIME Ultra Titanium

Temps:
Idle- 20c-30c and sometimes it jumps up to 60c - 70c for a second and goes back down
Gaming: 80c- 90c
100 Load: 90c- 100c

Solution

This is now solved, I asked people on reddit and the issue was not the cooler at all. It was just because I needed to lower the voltages for the cpu.

I don't think it's my cooler I clean it every week and I only had it for about 2 years and it's not hot the tube are not hot

for aio coolers, they will never run low on water and if they did we can't even open up the water block.

it's not broken I just told you it's not hot or cold. It is working and I know it is because I just checked and both the pump and the fans are working.
