Question Really easy question RTX 1050

Hi basically I’m replacing the graphics card with a new one. I can comfortably install the card but am not sure how to connect it to the power unit. This yellow power cable was plugged into the top of the old card and is now not attached. The new card has no power supply connections

computer boots fine but the graphics card fan doesn’t turn

The new card has no power supply connections
It requires no auxiliary power. The power limit is just 75w, which it can get from the PCIe slot alone.
The big question is, whether the motherboard does the full 75w, or only about half* of that. [Some older prebuilts used mobos like that.]
Only way to check is to monitor for it. Play away and let either Gpu-Z or hwinfo run in the background. Every now and then, check gpu power use.
