Question Really in need for help

Hi, i have justr finished building my first computer and it works just fine untill i try to open a game. For some reason the GPU works at first and then starts to stutter going from 500fps to 0 to 500 again. Or it just freezes for a few seconds or even worse in same cases it blackscreens. I have absolutely no clue about how and why it haappens as games dont send a crash report afterworsd. I using lowest settings doesn't work either. I increesed gpu's fan speed changend the PCIE gen and yet it doesn't work. After i start a game it keeps stuttering even if im not palying any game

The build is
MB: gigabyte b650 eagle ax
CPU: ryzen 5 7600x
GPU: Radeon rx 5700xt
Ram: Vengance 32GB DDR5 6000MHz

it's a sharkoon silentstorm cool zero 850w
dont really know if its a good psu i saw some one using it in a similiar build so i supposed it was fine for mine too

Check cpu and gpu temperatures. Use MSI afterburner.
Possible overheating.

it doesnt seem to overheat. i used MSI afterburner to make fans spin sooner just in case

i dont really know what it was used for as its used

What cpu/gpu temperatures are you getting at full load?

BTW - are you using a pcie riser cable?
If yes, then try without it.

Maybe replace your display cable or try a different monitor, try reinstalling an older driver

BTW - are you using a pcie riser cable?
If yes, then try without it.

From 87F to 140F

im not using any cable that didnt't come included with the components

Try an older version of the driver. Reseat the power cables, GPU, give it a clean if it has been used for a good amount of time

Are you sure, it's 87F (and not 87C ) ?

yes im pretty sure as it was in celcius and ive then manually converted it
