Really strange problem..

My blck/FSB frequency drops from 100mhz to 6.4 making my system freeze for a second my temps are very good aswell so what could it be?

ryzen 1600
gold rated sfx -l psu
gtx 980
ab350m gaming 3 motherboard(its to do with the mobo that all I'm sure about)
8 gb 3200mhz ram
m.2 pcie 6gb/s ssd

my system specs:

ryzen 1600
gtx 980
500w gold rated psu
b350 motherboard
8 gb 3200mhz ram
ect..

basically my bus frequency is dropping eben tho my temps are excellent ,I even downclocked my cpu and ram to see if its caused by vdroop but no luck.

help please
