Realtek ALC888 and Windows 7 trouble

Hello,
Have just bought windows 7, and have trouble getting my sound to work.
My motherboard is a MSI P35 Neo-F with the Realtek ALC888 sound card. I have updated the HD sound driver and AC'97 driver. Don't know what to try next - any suggestions?

Forgot to add....

My speakers are in "Rear speaker out". When I tried "Front speaker out" my left speaker worked (have a 2.1 system).
