[SOLVED] Realtek Audio Control no longer working after latest update

I've been using the Realtek Audio Control app (from the MS Store) for configuring the Realtek 5-channel audio on my Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite motherboard. Since the latest Windows update this app seems to have disappeared. When I tried to update it from the MS Store I got an error message. So I rebooted and now I can no longer find it if I search the MS Store.
Does anyone know how I can recover this app?

Yes that's the one. When I try to install it I get an error every time - Code: 0x80070003

You could try a few things like using the troubleshooters for windows update and windows store apps. You could also delete the files in the Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download folder.

Checking further, it looks like Realtek went to all the trouble of writing a really useful app and then of course Microsoft goes and changes Windows so that the app no longer works. That would account for them deleting it from the Store.
