Question Realtek Audio not working ?

Hello.
I got a Gigabyte B760M Gaming X AX DDR4 motherboard, installed all the drivers from official website, there's two drivers for Realtek Audio, i installed both, restarted pc and still realtek wont show up on output or even on device manager. Also I don't see the Audio Console, should have been installed with the drivers.
I am using now Monitor sound, anyone can help me what could be ?

I did but couldn't find the audio at all, how can I find it on my motherboard bios?

A lot of times it's listed under something like "onboard devices" or something similar.

Does this means Audio is dead on this motherboard since it's not showing up ?
