Question Realtek either used headphone as audio out or in, not both

I have a
Asus ROG Strix GL503-GE
i5 8th gen/ 8gb ram/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/1050ti

My realtek audio manager pop up every time i plug in my earphone with built in mic and only give me an option to use them as audio out ( and use laptop mic) or audio in ( and use laptop speakers)
Same if I connect and OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z.
If i uninstall my driver i get really bad audio quality but it does support both, at least for wired earphone but unusable for wireless
I know for a fact that the laptop has a combo audio port so it should support

Have tried reinstalling drivers and windows, even gave it to their service center( they just replaced the motherboard and gave it back)
Any solutions appreciated

Uninstall the realtek sudio driver, use the sound from gtx1050ti ( nvidia sound ).

I'm not getting the option to use nvidia sound anywhere
can you direct me how to go about it
