Question realtek ethernet not showiing after fresh install of windows

i installed a fresh install of windows and my realtek ethernet adapter still does not show up i have reset the bios and made sure its enabled and i have tried too install drivers many times but it fails

ive tried on windows 7 and windows 10

In Windows 10, check to see if it's showing up in device manager at all. Maybe other device/unknown device?
Also, verify that the cable you are plugging in actually has link by plugging another device/laptop/whatever into it.

i have made sure that the wire has full internet and i have checked completely through device manager even with hidden devices on

Are you saying it does not show up in Device Manager? Or it does but there's a yellow flag by it?
