I keep getting this realtek hardware io error with realtek 2.5 family controller but only when my pc first wakes from sleep and it doesnt actually affect anything it seems? I can still connect to the internet and do everything I normally would

If you're using an onboard NIC, make and model of your motherboard? If it's a card, please pas son the make and model of the networking card. If it's a motherboard, please mention the BIOS version as well. What OS are you working with?

realtek 2.5 family controller
This implies message is associated with a Realtek 2.5GbE Network Interface Controller.

but only when my pc first wakes
I don't use Sleep mode or Hibernation and switch off all power saving options in Windows for USB, NIC, etc. By the sounds of it, your system returns to normal operation shortly after it wakes up. Is there a real problem?

I mean no it doesnt cause me any issues besides my color calibration resetting everytime my pc comes back from sleep
