I do not mean, "to be Mean" but your English is hard to interpret.

If it suddenly stopped working, in device manager, I would roll back the driver to see if that solves the problem.

Other alternative is to do a system restore to a date when it was working.

in fact i have tired every thing and i have no sound i\
i format the hard disk and install windows 7 64bit and get the latest driver for almost all hardware at the end i get the same result speakers unplugged
i neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed help
the board is new and every thing is new
