Every time I run the installation for Realtek HD Audio it installs but right before its done it deletes everything in the folder. I have run three different installers , DVD copy from the motherboard company(MSI) , Direct website drivers for my motherboard from website (MSI), and the latest version of Realtek from there website and all of do the same thing install and right before there done they delete everything in the folder... I have pretty much uninstalled everything that does with audio on my computer the only thing is I have a T.V. hooked up to my graphics cards and every time I boot up my computer they reinstall the drivers for the Audio but I have also unplugged the T.V. and uninstalled the drivers again and again. Also yes I have checked audio devices and there are no devices listed in there and I do have it displaying Disabled and Not plugged in devices ! Thanks for reading please if someone knows how to fix this that would be great !

If no Realtek audio device is listed in Device Manager under "Sound, video & game controllers", and there are no unknown devices (?) listed, it seems quite likely that the Realtek device has failed and is therefore no longer recognised.

Quick fix is to install a PCI sound card.

I already tried that..

That seems just highly unlikely It worked before I re-installed windows and now it doesn't...(Motherboard has the Realtek built in..)
