Realtek HD Audio installer every startup?

ASUS Hero VII mobo

I'm having an issue with the Realtek driver installer popping up every time I reboot.
Sound works fine, device manager shows Realtek HD Audio as installed.
How can I force the installer to stop coming up every time I reboot?
It isn't listed in startup programs or services.

I'd start by completely uninstalling the application, rebooting and reinstalling.
