Realtek HD Audio Manager Missing

Realtek HD Audio manager control panel is missing. I reinstalled the latest drivers from both my motherboard's website and also realtek themselves. Neither of them brought back the control panel. Furthermore, these new drivers won't detect my microphone (this was the reason i reinstalled them).

Can you pass on the make and model of your motherboard as well as the OS you're working with? On second thought's include the make and model of your audio equipment and how it's connected to your platform.

You may also want to make sure your motherboard is on the latest BIOS update.
