Realtek HD Audio Manager won't let me have both headphones and mic working at the same time.

I recently built my PC and successfully installed Windows 10 on it, along with the drivers. Realtek HD was among one of the drivers installed. I have a X12 Turtle Beach headset to use with my computer, but Realtek is preventing me from using it to its full extent. It only lets me use the mic, or the audio. Not mic and audio at the same time, which is what it should do. Any ways I can fix this issue???
