realtek window doesn`t opens when i plug something and no popup is showed

First get the newest driver from Realtek.
Then go to the Control Panel Device Manager and remove the Realtek device by stripping all audio drivers.
Restart your PC and do not let Windows install a sound driver.
Install the Realtek driver. It will restart your machine, automatically install the driver and restart again.

That might work.
