Not too long ago I got a Windows 10 update. Since then my Realtek audio has been acting very strange. I have tried to update the driver both through the Windows update driver system and the Realtek web site but they all say I have the correct driver installed.
My computer is a HP desktop running Windows 10 64 bit. I do have sound but sometimes it is choppy especially when softer sounds are being produced. If I click the speaker icon in the lower right corner and toggle it for more volume the sound will come back but often it will go away again in a few seconds. It's almost like there isn't enough signal being produced sometimes to make the sound card work. Any suggestions how to fix this?
