I used cmd to see if nic is still alive and it replied
Pinging 127.0.0.1 with 32 bytes of data:

It shows me that nic is still alive and i tried methods on internet like reseat the ram and battery and let it out for 30 min or 5 hours . I tried to install the driver for nic but it said that "realtek network controller hasn't been found if deep sleep is enabled please plug the cable" . I've enabled onboard lan on uefi . I've reinstalled windows 10 . i've tried to update other drivers and see if it recognized my nic . My lan port doesn't glow orange or green like it was supposed . Before it worked but now after i moved my pc to other room it doesn't work anymore
