Realtek RTL8188EE not working

I can connect to my wifi router, but it says "no internet". It even says this if I connect to the router with a cable. This happens on all of my devices. The only way to connect to the internet is to connect a device directly to the internet modem, bypassing the router. Do I need a new router?

Also, I tried unplugging it several times, and I made sure it wasn't the cable between the router and modem. Thanks.

on the pc could you get acces to your router settings page and did you try to reset it modem from isp should detect is mac address ac active one .
