Question Realtek USB 3.0 Card Reader Shows up as an Unspecified Device

USB3.0 SD card reader doesn't show up in File Manager. It appears as an Unspecified device in Devices and printers, and under USB Controllers in Device Manager. I've only used it once about a year ago to update the Maps in my car so I don't think it is bad/broke.
This is on my Win 10 PC. I appreciate any help/suggestions. I need to update the Maps again)

Uh oh....Without a card. Now I am going to take a wild guess and say that is my problem.) That kinda makes sense. I didn't want to remove the SD card from my car until I was sure that the USB adapter would work.

Well, that didn't work. I put in a new SanDisk 32GB SD card in and it is not recognized on my Win10 or Win11 pc.

Maybe Intel 3.0 Ext3nsible USB host controller in device manager. Get it drivered up, then maybe the SD will pop up as such in your devices, through the active controller.
