Reboot And Select Proper Boot Device when Restart PC

I just install my SSD, after set the boot option and so on..everything work fine..but when ever I restart my PC it appear as : Reboot And Select Proper Boot Device blah blah blah..until I plug off the power cable and boot my PC ( like I normally do ). This didn't happen when I shut my PC down and turn it on. Any ideas ?

Are you making sure that the SSD is plugged into an Intel-controlled SATA port? Check you motherboard manual to see which ones are Intel.
