So hear me out, finally got done building my first PC, I have a bootable usb with windows 8.1 installed on it (I accomplished this with Rufus), so first time I turn on the PC I start pressing F12 repeatedly and it takes me to the windows installation and im like "cool" so I put in the product key, select custom installation, and it told me where to install windows but my 320GB hard drive was not showing up so I looked it up and came across this:

and one guy said to follow some certain steps which had you open the command window during installation (Shift+F10) and I followed his steps until I typed in "clean all" and nothing happened so I just decided to cancel the installation and turn on the PC again but now I cant access the installer, my BIOS is set to boot up usb first and I have also tried turning on my PC pressing F11 to bring up the boot menu and select my USB but all I get everytime is "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert Boot media in selected boot device and press a key"
Can anyone tell me how to fix it?, thanks in advance
