Ok so I haven't been on my pc for awhile and when I used it just now it showed that. I tired doing the reboot with the two booting systems on the bios menu and it still brought me back to the message. I tried a lot of things and I don't know what to do. Please help.

Unfortunately there is no easy fix for this. You can try opening it up and checking all of the connections to the hard drive. Maybe move the sata port on the motherboard to a different one. Otherwise, it is likely that your windows installation is corrupt or your hard drive has failed. It's more worth your time to take it to a shop for diagnostics. An experienced technician may be able to get it to boot or pull your data off. They will also test and replace the drive if it has failed.
