Question Reboot and select proper boot

So last night I build my first pc! Hurray it all worked okay and downloaded Windows onto my ssd and all was fine. This morning I turned it on and went onto a website and the pc froze and crashed and was unresponsive so I hit the reset button my my pc case thinking it would free me from the freeze. But now when I turn it back on I'm greeted by the "reboot and select proper boot device.. Ect" I can get into my mobo bios but what do I do??

select the boot device/hard drive in boot priority of the BIOS

check temperatures,
check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

which hardware is installed exactly?

I managed to get to the windows install now, but when given the option on where to install windows it won't allow me to download to my ssd, and when I try to format my ssd it fails. I already installed windows with this media key last night, might I need to manually wipe my hdd and ssd to let it reinstall windows?
