reboot, update driver

Since insall of XP, every time I boot up I have to update
the driver of my video card then adjust the display. I'm
using an nVidia card, but the Microsoft signed driver not
the nVida driver is the one that works. Also, the nVidia
config tool is installed, but won't start.

You may want to contact your video card manufacturer as to why the nVidia
drivers are not installing.
