Question Reboot when playing games on Chrome

Have a Dell XPS 8700 (system details below). Recently upgraded the GPU to GEForce 1660 to get better performance on flight simulators. The upgrade installation worked fine only had to get a six pin to 8 pin converter cord for the power supply connection (still using the factory 450W PSU). After install the flight sim programs run fine with much better performance however when I play a game on Google Chrome the computer reboots. I have run stress tests from Dell and Intel and they have all passed. I have also checked the computer performance and the temperatures and memory usage are in normal operating ranges (both CPU and GPU). I also have upgraded to the latest BIOS and reloaded the GPU Drivers but it is still rebooting. I can't figure out why a simple game on Chrome is causing a problem when a much more aggressive flight sim program runs fine? Also, there haven't been any helpful messages in the event log. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
