Question Rebuilt my PC, now it doesn’t turn on ?

Rebuilt my pc, when I press the power button the lights and fans quickly flash on then instantly off, when I hold down the power button the fans and lights constantly flash and spin.

what exact do you mean rebuild?
full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

• I rebuilt with a new psu I upgraded from a evga 750 watt to a Corsair hx1000 watt.
• I also bought a new distro plate so I had to re-line my hard tubing.
• i7-8700k,
• 2080,
• msi Z390 Gaming edge ,
• 16 Gb of ram.

did you use only the cable from corsair and not reused any evga cable?

I did the first time but that obviously created problems so I’ve switched them to the Corsair cables.
